I checked advertiser account payments and content, and investigated issues reported by users or flagged by the system. I also analyzed data and evaluated trends and patterns.

Based on advertiser behaviour, payments, and content, I suspended or released accounts. I followed the required parameters and guidelines while meeting assigned productivity and quality targets.

I was flexible to work on other redemption projects, including screening, quality assurance, and OJT support. I use Microsoft Excel and internet research in my work.
