Re-architected platform infrastructure during a critical instability period, coordinating 100+ people and eliminating recurring outages. Scaled stability from 14K to 40K+ RPS in three months, migrated AWS to on-prem (to ~$40K/month initially, scaling toward ~$120K/month; ~\$1.4M/year), and introduced Kubernetes and strengthened security practices including Zero Trust and secret rotation.

Led post-merger technology transformation across five combined fintech businesses by designing a unified target architecture and operating model. Hardened critical payment infrastructure to run without downtime for the first time and standardized DevOps, infrastructure, and security while consolidating budgets and vendor contracts.

Built and scaled G-Core’s global hosting/CDN business from zero, reaching 30+ PoPs across five continents and 500+ Gbps. Owned the unit’s full P&L and product lifecycle, including launching KVM-based hosting with distributed storage (Ceph) and transferring the infrastructure organization to permanent leadership.

Built IT, service delivery, and project management functions from the ground up and handed over a running steady-state operation. Delivered a hybrid strategy (colocation, cloud, network), launched VMware private cloud and OpenStack/KVM/Ceph public cloud, and introduced BSS/OSS, ITSM, and quality-management frameworks.

Owned technical strategy and hands-on execution for data-center, infrastructure, and network operations supporting World of Tanks at global scale. Cut new-PoP launch time from ~2 months to 5 days (~12x faster), built a geographically distributed IP network exceeding 500 Gbps, and scaled NOC and field-engineering to enable multi-cluster global infrastructure.

Bridged strategy and execution across engineering, infrastructure, and operations, leading vendor management, incident response, and reliability programs. Served as technical point of contact for strategic accounts including World of Tanks.

Led data-center and client network engineering, implementing high-availability MPLS and advanced traffic engineering. Managed delivery of QoS, anti-DDoS controls, IPv6 dual-stack, and routing/switching fundamentals including OSPF and external BGP peering.

Built and operated a national-scale IP/MPLS core and broadband access network using L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, and MPLS-TE. Led billing-system integration and L2TP orchestration across distributed BRAS platforms.
