What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my system analysis, product ownership, automation, and client-engagement experience to full-stack and product development challenges, with opportunities to build practical products and drive continuous innovation.

I built and launched Jotbantuek, a live personal journal web app, from research and architecture through production deployment. I designed it around user freedom with JSON backup and restore, flexible exports, Flipbook Export, secure authentication, and Beam Checkout payment webhooks.

At Somapa Information Technology, I developed an Excel-based automation tool used with IBM Maximo that reduced critical manual ticketing effort by 80%. I also supported complex application issues onsite and across omnichannel support, helping end users adopt workflows with fewer errors.

In my current Carrier Engagement Officer role, I develop a centralized internal SaaS-like platform, apply AI to operational automation, and coordinate carrier connectivity, data pipelines, and cross-functional deployment.

I'm transitioning my enterprise systems, client engagement, system analysis, and product ownership experience into full-stack and product development challenges.
