At USAN, Inc., I designed and developed the Power Station Visitor API Backend, a concurrent .NET REST API deployed across multiple U.S. Atlantic Coast regions. I sustained 100% API uptime while serving 500+ requests per day and reduced average response latency by 80% through query optimization and connection pooling.
I also engineered the Secure Report Transfer Hub, a .NET Windows application that automates report processing, encryption, and delivery to customer servers. Its event-driven retrieval system collects and exports 300+ reports daily, and scheduled delivery eliminated 8+ hours per week of manual report handling.
I work with C#/.NET, SQL, and AWS to build secure, cloud-native backend systems, including infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines. I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Developer – Associate certifications, and completed an M.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Tech with an AI and NLP focus.
