At Rappi, I’m the technical point of contact for partner integrations in Brazil, supporting partners across different sectors and business sizes. I guide implementations from initial setup and testing through go-live and post-launch support.
I validate REST API, webhook, and authentication flows in Postman across catalog, inventory, pricing, order, and payment workflows. During rollouts and migrations, I work with partner developers and internal teams to address API limitations and system incompatibilities.
I investigate integration issues using logs and SQL queries in Snowflake and Redash, along with data from PostgreSQL and MongoDB. I gather evidence to support troubleshooting and escalation.
At BlaBlaCar, I supported technical partner onboarding, documented APIs in English, and automated parts of the integration process with Python and JavaScript. I also set up Datadog monitors and supported regulatory changes for road transport integrations in Brazil.
