At RENESAS ELECTRONICS, I led finance integration for the REN P&C division, harmonising reporting standards across legacy entities in several countries. I owned the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasting cycle.

I also led implementation of a global Power BI reporting suite, defining management reporting requirements and driving adoption so leadership could see performance consistently across the merged business.

At PROMETRIC, I redesigned and automated monthly reporting and Board presentations, removing approximately three days of preparation each month. I’m a CIMA-qualified finance professional with an audit and management accounting background, and I co-founded LEMONPEELS HEALTH, where I run the commercial side.
