I’m a DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 4+ years of experience working across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and production operations.

Most recently at Juicebox, I built reusable multi-tenant AWS infrastructure using nested CloudFormation, reducing client environment provisioning from 2–4 hours to under 20 minutes. I also worked on production architecture, deployment strategy, monitoring, cloud cost optimization, and a zero-downtime migration involving 28 domains.

Before that, I worked at Sun Life and Gallium31, where I built and maintained CI/CD pipelines, supported Kubernetes environments, implemented enterprise observability with Dynatrace, and worked on production incident response and infrastructure automation. My observability work helped improve incident detection by 40% and reduce MTTR by 30%.
