I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my Windows Server, network administration, security, and technical support skills within a dynamic organization and contribute to the performance of its information systems.

I've worked as a Control Room Operator at Banro Corp. since July 2013, supporting operational continuity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

I'm a network and systems technician focused on Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, user access, and Group Policy.

I install, configure, and administer servers; secure networks; resolve incidents; implement backup and security policies; and optimize system and network performance. I'm seeking opportunities to help a dynamic organization improve the performance of its information systems.
