What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning where I can build reliable dashboards and models—especially explainable ones—on real-world data, while learning from a collaborative team.

I’m a recent BSc (Hons) Computer Science graduate specializing in data analytics, machine learning, explainable AI, and LLM-powered applications. I’m a quick learner who adapts well to new challenges and I value continuous improvement in everything I build.

In my projects, I’ve designed end-to-end machine learning pipelines for telecom churn prediction using XGBoost, focusing on strong evaluation with precision, recall, and AUC-ROC. I also integrated SHAP for global and individual explanations, and used OpenAI API to generate plain-English summaries, then deployed the solution as a Streamlit web application.

Professionally, I’ve supported data accuracy and reporting in regulated and operational environments—reviewing and processing claims, maintaining confidential client records, and cleaning and maintaining company databases. I’ve also analyzed client feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and helped prepare departmental reports and presentation materials.

I bring a practical engineering mindset from my IT support internship, where I supported testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation. I’m now seeking a data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning role where I can contribute to innovative projects and keep growing professionally.
