At AltaML, I lead AI/ML delivery for WCB, including replatforming machine-learning models to its Corporate Data Platform and co-creating a multi-agent AI prototype. I manage iterative sprints, responsible AI reviews, business validation, budgets, change requests, and knowledge transfer.
Previously at ATB Financial, I delivered corporate infrastructure, workplace, and process modernization initiatives, including a $1M headquarters renovation and branch network refresh planning. I bring hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, governance, risk management, and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid projects.
