I’m a detail-oriented Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience supporting customers through sales, administrative tasks, and clear communication. I consistently aim to deliver excellent customer experiences while keeping records accurate and processes organized.

In my Sales Assistant / Administrative Support role, I assisted customers with product inquiries and purchases, managed data entry and inventory records, and supported daily documentation. I also handled social media management by responding to messages and engaging with customers online, and I resolved complaints by addressing concerns promptly.
