Executed a full Agile transformation, collapsing a 3-5 month waterfall release cycle to a two-week continuous delivery cadence, a 6-10x improvement in deployment frequency. Grew the engineering org from 3 to 20 engineers in 18 months, owning the full product roadmap, engineering budget, and vendor relationships.

Led Agile software engineering, business development, and customer management for a flagship commercial and government mobility product with full P&L responsibility. Scaled and mentored a high-performance mobile engineering team, defining architecture standards and delivery processes for simultaneous launches.

Architected mobile platform from the ground up and led the company's transition to Agile delivery, designing API contracts, reusable component libraries, and scalable app catalog infrastructure. Played a pivotal role in securing venture capital funding by leading engineering teams to deliver production-ready demos and milestones on schedule.
