What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply data-driven supply planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization experience in a multinational, matrix organization serving EMEA.

I'm a Supply Planning Manager at Pure Fishing, supporting the fishing tackle industry across EMEA through data-driven purchasing decisions, inventory optimization, and improved service levels.

I've progressed at Pure Fishing from Buyer/Planner to Senior Buyer and Supply Planning Manager, building on hands-on experience in purchasing, orders, data analysis, and cross-functional communication within multinational matrix organizations.

Before Pure Fishing, I held commercial development, category, project, and master data roles at Netto Polska, Salling Group. I also hold master's and engineering degrees in Logistics and bring experience with SAP ERP, supplier management, project coordination, and purchasing processes.
