At Mattis Consulting, I work with owners and executive teams to identify where AI can improve an operational or commercial outcome, prioritize use cases, and carry a funded roadmap through to adoption. I took an oil and gas services group from a diagnostic audit to an AI operating strategy and live hosted platform, rolled out in phases to finance and management users.
I also built and shipped Estica, an AI estimating product for construction contractors, and delivered an AI marketing intelligence and content platform for a consumer goods brand. Previously, I transformed product and engineering delivery at Alstom, Tunstall and other multinational businesses, with work spanning defence, healthcare, energy and utilities.
