I’m an Infection Control Nurse focused on stopping infections before they spread—coordinating prevention efforts with full compliance to facility and Joint Commission standards. I proactively identify infection risks using seasonal changes and epidemiological trends, then strengthen outcomes through regular reviews, procedural assessments, and staff training that makes critical protections practical. I also communicate clearly with patients and caregivers, including treatment options, diagnosis information, and home care techniques to support continuity and healing.

In my leadership and mission-based nursing roles, I’ve supervised nursing operations such as admissions and discharges, staffing schedules, and ongoing performance evaluation. I establish and enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with nursing and hospital standards of care, and monitor patients closely by observing behaviors and conditions, recording vital signs, and supporting treatment adjustments. From one-on-one observation to medication administration and wound care, I bring calm, safety-first clinical practice—reinforced by certifications including WHO infection prevention and control, BLS/ACLS, airway management, and ECG/arrhythmia interpretation.
