I’m a calm and deliberate Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife providing general nursing services despite high-stress, emergent and life-threatening circumstances. I’m a highly collaborative team member, committed to patient satisfaction and adapting care to individual patient concerns.

As a Ward Nurse Supervisor, I evaluate, implement, and design tailored nursing care plans specific to patient needs and concerns. I deliver medication administration, IV therapy/transfusion, catheterization, tube feeding, pain assessment and management, blood sugar monitoring, and infection control.

I document nursing services for health records and billing, while maintaining constant communication with physicians and the care team. I educate and support patients and family members on challenging prognosis, care after discharge, and nursing to peaceful death.

My foundation also includes community and facility experience as a Community Health Nurse (volunteer) and Nurse Intern. I’ve led health awareness campaigns, provided education on hygiene, STIs, abstinence and safe sex, family planning, safe motherhood, and immunization prevention, along with data entry, analysis, and reporting.
