Developed a unified testing system for databases and applications, modified a company directory system, and created documentation.

I worked on a project to build a unified testing system for both databases and applications. I was also responsible for modifying the company's Directory System. To do this, I used SQL Server and C#, and I developed a front-end application to visualize information. Additionally, I took care of creating technical documentation in Word and managed all the source code and information using GitHub.

Monitored credit card, debit, online banking, and internal/external services, validated projects on OpenShift, and managed service requests.

In this role, my main activities included working with Monitoring Systems to check credit and debit card transactions, online banking, and omnichannel services. I also monitored internal infrastructure like networks and external integrations with entities like RENAP and USAC. Additionally, I used the OpenShift platform to validate projects and monitor resource consumption through Pods.

Managed ERP and CRM systems, administered databases, monitored services with Xymon and Grafana, and provided client support.

I worked as an Oracle Database Administrator, where my main role was troubleshooting issues related to data ingestion, processing, and management. I was responsible for database objects like tables and PL/SQL packages, as well as database security and user access control. The database was connected to an ERP web application, so any DB failure caused application delays and downtime

Developed applications with .NET on SAP Business One using the SDK, provided client support, and created and consumed REST APIs and web services.

Participated in the ASI projects implementation department, supporting project implementation tasks.

Pursued a degree in Systems Engineering with a closed curriculum. Also completed a Master's in Information Security.
