At Trio SPA, I built a daily KPI report with SQL, Power BI, and Excel using SAP data to track productivity, waste, and raw-material stock for two production lines. I used it to manage resource allocation and supply.
I also analyzed OEE, productivity, efficiency, and waste indicators to identify operational trends. By integrating SAP ERP information with operational reports, I replaced manual reconciliation between production, quality, and maintenance teams with a shared data source.
In my data analysis projects, I built an ETL pipeline in Python using official SUSESO workplace accident data. The analysis found a 4.0% accident rate for manufacturing, compared with the 2.8% national average, and used SQL to classify sectors by accident frequency and severity.
I also developed an end-to-end OEE pipeline, designed a dimensional model, and created an interactive Power BI dashboard. I validated its indicators by comparing results in BigQuery and SQLite, with the four indicators matching.
