What I'm looking for
I’m an innovative, dedicated office administrator who supports operational requirements with strong organization and meticulous attention to detail. I’m currently an Office Coordinator at Pharmaco Distributors (JANUARY 2024 – CURRENT), helping the team run smoothly through accurate reporting, structured scheduling, and dependable administrative follow-through.
In my role, I prepare business reports and presentations, coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and training, and manage directors’ diaries. I capture data accurately into databases, maintain updated records, track department expenses and reimbursements, keep office supplies stocked, and support the implementation of operational systems, policies, and procedures—while handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, mail, and packages.
My foundation in front-of-house and customer-facing administration comes from being a Receptionist at Pharmaco Distributors (JANUARY 2016 – DECEMBER 2023), where I managed the switchboard, scheduled meetings, maintained calendars, updated company profiles, and maintained the visitor register and access. Earlier, as a Cash Clerk at Betting World (MARCH 2013 – SEPTEMBER 2015), I provided excellent customer service, managed cash and paid out bets, handled cash balancing and recons, and analysed betting trends to support better strategies.
