What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a breast imaging team where compliance, quality control, and patient outcomes matter—while continuing to perform advanced breast procedures and train others to deliver confident, consistent care.

I’m a Breast Center Supervisor who hire, manage, develop, and train staff—setting and monitoring goals while conducting performance reviews. Since April 2018, I’ve owned day-to-day operations and helped ensure a steady, high-performing team.

I’m responsible for MQSA compliance, FDA inspection readiness, and ACR accreditation. I perform mammograms, breast ultrasounds, ABUS whole breast ultrasounds, stereotactic and ultrasound core biopsies, and localizer placement, and I work with mammography students to teach proper procedures.

I reconcile reports and monitor patient outcomes, letters, and callbacks, while helping perform QC on equipment and entering pathology into the reporting system. Earlier roles included Contract Mammography Technologist at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center, Office Manager/Supervisor of Ultrasound/Mammography Tech, and Radiologic Technologist roles across hospital and imaging settings; I also earned an M.S. in Instructional Design-Development (May 2023).
