I’m a highly motivated registered nurse with over 20 years of experience across various nursing areas. I’m eager to join a managed care insurance company in a remote utilization review position, bringing strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to clear communication with patients, physicians, and management.

Most recently, I served as a Charge Nurse in inpatient rehab, overseeing patient care and guiding staff while assisting with hands-on care when necessary. I also acted as a liaison between patients, physicians, and management, helping ensure care stayed coordinated and effective.

Earlier, as a Staff Nurse (Med Surg), I performed patient assessments and monitoring, administered medication and treatment, and supported key care processes like wound care, pain management, patient education, and discharge planning. I apply Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and work comfortably with tools including McKesson, integral Siemens, and the ENR program.
