I've supported HR operations across Rajpura, Lucknow, and Maihar, maintaining HRMS data integrity through onboarding, transfers, role movements, exits, full and final settlements, audits, compliance reporting, and employee documentation. I also bring experience in recruitment support, workforce reporting, employee engagement, and HR process improvement from my HR Management Trainee role.
