At MPHASIS, I led two cross-functional Agile/SAFe teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and PI Planning. I coordinated delivery across teams and partnered with Product Owners on backlog priorities and MVP scope.
At CAPGEMINI, I worked as a Scrum Master and Kanban Lead, managing backlogs and tracking cycle time, lead time, and throughput. I also set WIP limits and shared bi-weekly delivery and risk reports with stakeholders.
Earlier, at ANNALECT, I supported SAFe delivery through ART syncs, coached teams, and helped remove impediments and improve workflows. My background also includes Scrum Master work at Digital Convergence Technologies and three years in mainframe development.
