I'm seeking a Senior Manager – in organisation, where I can apply my health domain expertise and experience coordinating government and other stakeholders and leading teams.

At Bilasa Group, I oversee administrative operations, stakeholder coordination and organisational management, building on my earlier operational leadership at Bilasa Blood Bank.

As Zonal Head at Bilasa Blood Bank, I managed operations across Bilaspur and Korba, overseeing a team of around 40 and coordinating with government departments and healthcare stakeholders. At RED Health, I managed city-level healthcare and emergency-response operations in Bilaspur.

Earlier, at Bypass (NGO), I managed livelihood, agriculture and rural-development projects across Chhattisgarh, including work in Naxal-affected areas. I also built Matrix Foundation from inception into a three-year operating institution with an annual turnover of ₹25 lakh.
