At Amazon, I own end-to-end delivery of an RAG-based finance document generation platform used across 16 launches each year. I designed its AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch retrieval and generation workflow, reaching 95% accuracy and reducing document creation from 4–6 weeks to 2–3 days.
I also build resilient financial infrastructure, including cross-region accounting workflows for US–JP and US–CN marketplace launches. I led resolution of a production issue involving $8.4M in open balances and recovered a customer-support platform serving 235K transactions annually.
Previously at Greenstitch, I built backend systems for lifecycle assessment, carbon-footprint estimation, and sustainability reporting. I reduced carbon-accounting latency by 43% and developed configurable workflow and data-collection platforms for complex manufacturing data.
