At Housing.com, I built a rule-based property recommendation engine that approximately doubled relationship-manager capacity, from 3 to 6 seekers per day. It automated manual property searches using progressive filter relaxation, concurrent searches, deduplication and early stopping.
I also strengthened release reliability across 15 core backend services by introducing automated regression checks into PR workflows. I led the HyperTest evaluation, SDK integration and GitHub Actions automation to expose behavioral changes missed during code review.
At Amazon, I implemented Advanced Shipment Notification processing for in-transit inventory payments and owned the ledger-reporting workflow for finance analysts, supporting a program that onboarded 10K+ vendors following its pilot. I also migrated service-owned tables from a monolithic database to a domain-specific database with zero downtime.
