Paolo Hibaler

I’m a Video Editor and 2D Motion Graphic Artist who builds cohesive video styles from the start. At Foundever (June 2022–Present), I created video style guide templates so every output has a consistent look, then handled post-production editing with After Effects—applying transitions, effects, sound effects, and background music.

Before that, I honed my pace and craft at Vantage Events and Music Production Inc. (Aug 2019–Feb 2021), where I edited and animated 30+ videos for corporate events and in-house artists, organized media files to improve editing efficiency, and supported the end-to-end creation of music videos and lyric videos. I also arranged videos in sequence, color graded, and edited a feature video for the beer brand “Crazy Carabao,” while spearheading editing for online insurance events. I bring a collaborative mindset, assisting other tasks when needed, organizing media for client handover, and collaborating with teams from other countries when my Project Manager requests support.
