At ZS Associates, I build Microsoft Fabric data pipelines and Power BI solutions for global pharmaceutical clients, improving data latency by about 40% and giving leaders real-time forecast-versus-actuals visibility across three brand portfolios.

I developed self-serve analytics tools that reduced ad-hoc reporting requests by about 60%, along with a slide creation toolkit that saves 3–4 hours of executive presentation preparation per cycle. I use DAX, Power Query/M, row-level security, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Git to deliver governed, scalable reporting.

I also design HCP targeting models using Python, Pandas, SQL, behavioral segmentation, and prescriber analysis. This work contributed to a 3% market share increase within 12 months, supported by A/B testing, statistical testing, regression analysis, and structured go-to-market recommendations.

Previously at Bank of America, I analyzed lending and deposits operations, identified processing discrepancies, and helped deliver approximately $2M in cost savings.
