I’m a hospitality sales and marketing leader with more than ten years of hands-on experience supporting revenue growth, operations, and well-organized administrative execution. In my current role as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, I develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across rooms, banquets, F&B outlets, and hotel services. I identify new business opportunities (corporate accounts, travel agencies, OTA, MICE, and walk-ins), build client relationships, and support deals through contract preparation and negotiation, while monitoring competitor activity and market trends to refine pricing and packages.
Previously, as a Sales and Marketing Manager (IHCL cluster), I conducted market research, led demand forecasting and promotional activities, and actively pursued new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Earlier experience also strengthened my commercial and operational foundation—improving supply chain processes and sales via digital platforms at OYO, and providing guest-facing service excellence as a Front Office Executive and Guest Relation Executive.
