At Walmart, I build end-to-end AI-powered financial planning and forecasting platforms used by US and international finance leadership teams. My work has reduced planning cycle time by around 30% while connecting data pipelines, model validation, deployment, and business decision-making.
I design distributed forecasting systems using Apache Spark, Airflow, GCP, NHITS, XGBoost, CatBoost, and SARIMAX. For daily GMV forecasting across Central America, I delivered 94–97% WMAPE accuracy across four of five markets against a 5% error target.
I also build practical LLM applications, including an MCP server that lets LLMs access forecast tools and data for narrative commentary and variance explanations. My RAG-based financial document and forecast-insights assistants reduce recurring analyst effort and manual document lookup.
Before moving fully into ML/AI engineering, I spent more than a decade delivering FP&A planning, budgeting, Hyperion, OneStream, ETL, and reporting systems. That foundation helps me build technically rigorous forecasting products that are directly useful to finance teams.

Architected OneStream CPM planning solutions for global markets and built the team's first time-series forecasting processes integrated into planning workflows. Automated key forecasting workflows, improving finance team efficiency by around 25%.
Built ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator and led onsite delivery of a production-grade data warehouse and Hyperion planning solution for the China merchandising team. Established automated data validation and integrity checks that reduced post-deployment data issues by around 20%.
Technical lead on an IFRS9 reporting implementation, designing smart-list-driven stage adjustment logic and allocation business rules. Delivered around 200 nightly batch jobs with zero SLA breaches and led a 4-person offshore build and testing team.
Onshore lead for Hyperion Planning delivery, covering requirements gathering, build, and post-deployment support while coordinating onshore and offshore teams. Developed Calculation Manager business rules and authored member formulas and dynamic KPIs.
Hyperion Planning developer across 3+ end-to-end implementations for US and Canadian clients. Built ASO reporting applications and contributed across the full requirements-to-deployment lifecycle.
