In my current role as Local Youth Development Officer I, I encode and maintain youth profiles, attendance, and project records, and prepare reports and letters to support program delivery. Previously, as an Administrative Aide I, I performed data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Excel and provided clerical support that improved workflow efficiency.
