I've analyzed retail sales and customer behavior through independent projects, using SQL, Python, and Power BI to turn large datasets into business recommendations. In a retail sales analysis, I cleaned nearly 10,000 orders, identified unprofitable discount patterns, and built an interactive dashboard highlighting loss-making segments.
I've also segmented approximately 5,900 online retail customers from roughly 780,000 transactions, revealing that Champions and Loyal Customers generated 83.7% of revenue. With a Mathematics and Computer Science degree focused on Statistics and ALX Data Analytics training, I'm continuing into Data Science and machine learning.
