What I'm looking for

I'm looking to work on new endeavors where I can apply my testing knowledge, keep learning, and deliver high-quality products on time.

I've delivered quality assurance for GoDigit General Insurance across Health Claims, Fraud Rule Engine, CRM, DigitBridge, and Value366 products. My work covers insurance claims, fraud detection, corporate and customer CRM workflows, telecalling, network communication, partner onboarding, quote creation, and payments.

I've created and executed 1,000+ test cases, achieved 95% test coverage, and reduced defect leakage by 25% through rigorous validation. I also improved regression-cycle efficiency by 40%, executed 100+ API performance tests and 20+ end-to-end load scenarios using JMeter, and automated RESTful API testing with Rest Assured.
