I’m a Logistics Coordinator with over 3 years of experience across freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and warehousing operations. I coordinate end-to-end imports and exports shipments, keeping everything compliant with international trade regulations.
In my roles, I manage shipment progress from origin to final destination, proactively resolving delays or issues. I prepare and verify documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading), handle invoicing, and manage cargo release processes including obtaining ANFs and updating systems such as NAVIS.
I also oversee inbound and outbound cargo handling, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and support picking and packing for distribution. As a SHE Committee member, I contribute to workplace safety, and as a Team Leader in the Packing Department, I supervised workflow, maintained inventory records, and ensured quality control in packaging and labelling.
