What I'm looking for
I am a hospitality purchasing professional with hands-on experience managing purchasing across multi-outlet club operations, driving process improvements and measurable cost savings. I advanced from purchasing assistant to supervisor by leading vendor negotiations, system implementations, and team development.
At Yellowstone Club I supervise purchasing and receiving staff, manage daily through monthly purchasing for 16 culinary outlets, and implemented procedures that reduced misplaced orders and improved efficiency. I was a core member of the Adaco implementation team, configuring the system, training staff, and using analytics to reduce waste and improve inventory accuracy.
