I'm seeking senior engineering roles where I can improve team performance and project efficiency, mentor developers, standardize practices, and build scalable Java and fullstack systems in collaborative, growth-oriented organizations.

I'm a software engineer with 15 years of experience who enjoys combining team performance and project efficiency, logic, creativity, and collaboration.

At IBM Argentina I progressed from Software Packager to Software Architect (December 2007 – August 2021), developing and maintaining enterprise applications with the Java Spring Stack, leading backend improvements and implementing testing strategies with JUnit.

As an IT Specialist at Kyndryl Argentina (September 2021 – May 2025) I led Java best practices sessions, created tools to improve task prioritization and time tracking, promoted standardization, mentored junior developers, and fostered collaboration. I also developed fullstack solutions using Node.js, PHP, React, C#, and MySQL while focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.
