At sigma AI Consulting GmbH, I advise mid-sized companies and real estate businesses on digitizing and automating finance and administrative processes. I put generative AI to work on analyses, commentary, model logic, and documentation, with systematic review of its outputs.
At NORSK Deutschland AG, I was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and liquidity management across a group of around 20 companies. I built a multidimensional planning solution with IBM Planning Analytics that brought together project budgets, cost data, and financing parameters for scenario-based liquidity forecasts.
I also developed management reports and KPI dashboards, and handled group financial statements under HGB in collaboration with tax advisers and auditors. I was a point of contact for management, banks, and auditors on company and project financing.
At IFM Immobilien AG, I worked on budget controlling, feasibility analyses, and cash-flow modeling for property developments. I also conceived an app for digital invoice review and approval with a DATEV interface, implemented with an external development team.
