Bei KPMG prüfe ich Konzern- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS, mit Fokus auf Bilanzstruktur, GuV, Rückstellungen und Anhänge. Außerdem habe ich ein Excel-Tracking-Tool für Aufgabenstatus, Verantwortlichkeiten und Deadlines entwickelt.

Ich habe die Kreditorenbuchhaltung für drei Gesellschaften in Deutschland, Polen und den USA betreut, Kosten um mehr als 15 % gesenkt und eine Kreditoren-Bereinigung mit einem positiven Vorsteuereffekt von über 50.000 € umgesetzt. Darüber hinaus koordinierte ich einen Förderantrag über 10 Mio. € und verwaltete Due-Diligence-Datenräume für Finanzierungsrunden.
