I've delivered property valuations, prepared reports, coordinated inspections, and supported lease administration for major property portfolios. At Broll Ghana, I prepared and renewed tenancy agreements for the SSNIT portfolio valued at approximately £200 million, while at Broll Property Group I managed mall operations, tenant schedules, service providers, and operational reporting.

I've also managed construction delivery, including a four-storey hospital project completed on time and under budget while supervising a seven-person contractor team. My background combines an MSc in Construction Project Management with practical expertise in valuation, estate administration, compliance, reporting, and client coordination.
