I've delivered n8n automations and self-directed AI systems designed with idempotency, error handling, and guardrails against hallucination. My work turns manual business processes into dependable workflows, from compliance reminders to customer-facing AI assistants.
For a confidential client, I built a weekly IT compliance reminder automation that generated fresh Google Forms, pulled recipients from Google Sheets, sent personalized Gmail reminders, and prevented duplicate sends. I currently facilitate AI automation training at Techlytics, teaching learners to build n8n workflows, AI agents, and API integrations from scratch.
I've also built RAG and multi-agent projects including a Hospital AI Receptionist with Pinecone retrieval, an AI Email Assistant with human approval safeguards, and RestaurantFlow AI Assistant for routed customer-service conversations. Alongside automation work, I independently diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues for freelance clients.
