In my freelance workflow and automation work, I build Make.com and n8n systems for service businesses, covering lead intake, client onboarding, ticketing, reputation monitoring and social media pipelines. I connect forms, CRMs, spreadsheets, Slack and email so events trigger tasks, assignments and notifications.
My Social Media Content Pipeline generates copy and visuals, posts on schedule and logs activity to a CRM, removing 84+ hours of manual work per month. I’ve also created an AI Ticketing System that classifies requests, assigns an agent, notifies the team and confirms to customers in under 60 seconds.
At God's Grace Plumbing Services, I automated job scheduling, client follow-ups and internal communication, then provided documentation and training so the team could manage the system independently. I document my workflows and handovers, and hold Make Academy Foundation, Basics and Advanced certifications.
