At Marquardt, I analyzed production flow, cycle times, and bottleneck stations, and coordinated equipment-concept changes that reduced cycle time by about 50% on some stations. I also coordinated 20+ assembly and test equipment projects through installation and customer acceptance.
At FATAR International, I designed mechanical components in CATIA V5 and built an Arduino-and-sensor measurement system for an acoustic-piano key-action simulator. I developed the simulator in Python, and its functional prototype reached about 80% accuracy against observed behaviour.
