At MENTOR TUNISIE, I conducted a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project to reduce non-conformities and improve production line performance. I identified root causes using Pareto, 5M, and field audits.
I developed an AI-assisted Quality Dashboard that automates SPC, MSA, and capability analyses from production data. The project reduced the scrap rate from 10% to 3% and improved process capability from Cpk 1.0 to Cpk 2.1.
At CM2E, I performed dimensional and visual inspections, identified non-conformities, and maintained traceability of measuring instruments. I also participated in implementing ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and drafted, updated, and managed quality procedures.
During my internship at Draexlmaier, I developed a Value Stream Mapping, identified sources of waste, and proposed improvement actions. My experience also includes mold design, extrusion process analysis, and familiarity with crimping tools and defects.
