At ISA - Air Arabia, I developed a BERT-based model to classify customer support tickets from their subject and body. I integrated it into an API for real-time classification and automated assignment to the correct support group.
I also built a Python converter that transformed Excel financial records into standardized SWIFT MT940 statements, with validation checks and error handling. At SkillRaace, I built a real-time face recognition system and designed an RSA-based credit card encryption system.
My projects include a hybrid deep learning model for detecting jamming attacks in wireless sensor networks and Neural Nexus, which used CNNs for brain tumor detection and classification. I also created a prognosis bot with Streamlit and LangChain, and published a review on jamming attack detection and classification.
