I extract, clean, validate, reconcile, and interpret clinical and program data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. My work includes viral load cascade analysis, patient retention monitoring, pharmacy refill tracking, loss-to-follow-up monitoring, and health information system management using NMRS, DATIM, DHIS2, NDR, Excel, and SQL-supported workflows.
I've helped achieve a 97% viral load suppression rate, 97% sample collection rate, and 97% EMR-to-NDR concurrence across key HIV treatment indicators. I turn healthcare data into actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making and program performance improvement.
