I run TidWeb, a remote WordPress support studio serving clients in the UK, US, UAE, and Australia. Most of my work is finding why a site broke, fixing it, and explaining the solution clearly without jargon.

I manage monthly care plans covering updates, backups, uptime, plugin conflicts, PHP errors, WooCommerce checkout issues, hacked sites, migrations, DNS, SSL, and email deliverability. I work asynchronously in writing across time zones and provide same-day responses.

Elementor Pro is my strongest skill, and I build responsive layouts that closely match design files while keeping load times sensible. I also handle hosting, staging-to-live launches, security hardening, Core Web Vitals work, and WordPress troubleshooting across cPanel, Hostinger, GoDaddy, IONOS, InMotion, and AWS Lightsail.

I use AI to scope, generate, test, and debug code when WordPress builders cannot meet a requirement. I built and deployed outreach tools, a WordPress MCP integration, MailPoet automations, and Highbeam, a block theme accepted into the WordPress.org directory.
