Project Manager and psychology graduate passionate about research, human behavior, and social impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a psychology graduate with a passion for research, human behavior, and social impact, and I bring a project management mindset to every initiative I support. I’m personable, enthusiastic, punctual, and committed to continuous growth and professional excellence.
As a Project Manager at Genzify Africa (Hybrid, July 2024 – Present), I’ve led and delivered two major cross-functional projects focused on youth empowerment and digital literacy across Africa. I manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery with high-quality, impact-driven outcomes.
At the Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja (NYSC), I served as the Personal Assistant to the Head of International Cooperation under the Department of Health, Planning, Research and Statistics (DHPRS). I observed and researched underlying issues, wrote reports and minutes of meetings and programs across state and interstate settings, and strengthened relationships through trust and credibility across organizational levels.
My experience also includes mental health-focused work as a Psychology Intern at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City (2018). I conducted patient assessments, provided counseling support across substance abuse/misuse and mental health needs, researched and analyzed patient needs to guide programs, and helped collate patient data. I’m also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Professional Caregiver, with strengths in confidentiality, emotional intelligence, communication, and administrative support.
