What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote property management role where I can coordinate maintenance, handle tenant and vendor communication, keep accurate records, and support workflows end-to-end—while growing in AppFolio and strengthening operational reporting and escalation practices.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative and operations professional who supports property management through strong stakeholder coordination, documentation management, scheduling, and issue resolution. I’ve coordinated administrative operations and helped keep day-to-day processes running smoothly by maintaining organized digital and physical records, updating spreadsheets, and preparing operational reports.

In building supervision, I oversaw maintenance-related activities by coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, tracking task completion, and documenting site updates to prevent delays. I’m comfortable working remotely, learning new software quickly, and I’m currently expanding hands-on knowledge of property management workflows and AppFolio systems to deliver dependable operational support.
