At Concentra, I provide direct patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment while supporting occupational health services and clinical documentation.
I perform venipuncture, blood draws, drug screening, EKGs, PFTs, audiograms, vital signs, DOT physical support, breath alcohol testing, and limited-scope X-ray procedures.
Previously in a primary care office, I roomed patients, completed intake, performed diagnostic testing, collected specimens, administered directed injections and flu vaccines, and assisted at the front desk.
I also precept and train new clinical staff on patient care procedures, workflows, documentation, and safety protocols. I communicate with patients throughout their visits and work with FormFox, eScreen, OccuSource, and Allscripts.
