At InCare Medical Clinic, I support care for 40–80 patients daily in a fast-paced primary care office. I perform triage, obtain vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

I perform venipuncture, specimen collection, injections, and immunizations while following OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards. I also process prescription refills and provider orders, manage medication samples, and help keep exam rooms organized and compliant.

My customer-facing experience at Walgreens, Walmart, and Dunkin’ Donuts strengthened my communication, accuracy, problem-solving, and ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments. I have supported pharmacy workflow, fulfilled online orders, operated POS systems, and served more than 100 customers per shift.

I'm a Medical Assisting diploma student at Southern Technical College with CCMA, AHA CPR, First Aid, EMR/EHR, and NHTS certifications.
